About The Position

Looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead to join the Edge (Employees Delivering Greater Experience) team. Edge is the Enterprise CRM Platform. They will be responsible for eliminating tech debt, implementing enhancements, and providing maintenance. They will work with different Scrum teams and managers. This Salesforce Developer will be responsible for Agile ceremonies, heads-down development, design sessions, assigning tasks and stories, reviewing designs from developers, and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

  • Previous Salesforce development experience
  • LWC
  • Apex (how to write Apex classes)
  • Visual Force (how to build or do anything with Visual Force pages)
  • Triggers (understand what triggers are)
  • Know configurations (doing things in a decorative manner vs not)
  • Oura components
  • Worked on sales and service consoles
  • Agile
  • Communication
