The Salesforce Specialist, Global CRM will be a key role in the Global Sales Operation team to drive Evident’s commercial engine excellence. This role will support the global CRM integration and harmonization, as well as the continuous improvement of business processes for the entire customer lifecycle management in CRM. This role will be the liaison between Sales, IT and other commercial functions to establish a standard process to manage and prioritize CRM end-user requests. The specialist will also lead the CRM business process harmonization across regions of the microscopy business, to ensure effective pipeline management, demand generation, and other processes (e.g., case management) are rigorously followed by the commercial team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep knowledge in Salesforce (CRM) and can lead cross-functional projects to ensure the on-time delivery of desired outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business or a related field, or experience that gives the same learning
  • 4+ years of progressive and tangible experience in business process improvement, CRM management, sales, sales management in life science and/or healthcare businesses
  • Collaborative communication and influencing skills
  • Demonstrable success in cross-functional projects in a global environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment with great attention to details
  • Proficient knowledge of the CRM system (Salesforce) and working knowledge of critical CRM technical terminologies
  • Strong knowledge in opportunity-quote-case business process in Salesforce with real-life experiences
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Offers general overall support to the sales team in the CRM environment
  • Facilitates the continued development of SOPs and training materials
  • Supports the enhancement and change requests process
  • Manages changes on a variety of CRM-related requests, i.e., Quote Templates, Territory Management, etc.
  • Assists with inquiries, onboarding and troubleshooting as needed
  • Stay current with industry best practices and technologies, explore, and propose technical solutions to continuously improve sales team’s productivity.
