About The Position

Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Associate Director to join our growing Salesforce Solutions team with a specialization in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced. This individual will play a critical role in growing our Salesforce practice by mentoring team members, developing future leaders, contributing to thought leadership, and helping identify and pursue new client opportunities. As an Associate Director, you'll take a lead role in strengthening our relationships with clients and providing seamless guidance in the completion of engagements. You'll partner with our strategic clients to advise on and implement technical solutions to their most pressing challenges. You'll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through analytics, automation or the latest tools and methods. You’ll develop new projects, help identify new business, and build lasting relationships with clients and within the community as you serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide growth and development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field).
  • 9+ years working in professional services or industry.
  • 5+ years of enterprise technology, CRM, ERP, Quote-to-Cash, Salesforce consulting, or related experience
  • 5+ years leading Salesforce architecture and complex enterprise implementations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced and/or Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Order Management, Revenue Lifecycle Management, or adjacent Quote-to-Cash platforms
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MuleSoft, tax engines, payment platforms, and other business-critical systems
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives involving multiple systems, business units, and stakeholder groups
  • Salesforce Professional Certification such as Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, Technical Architect, Revenue Cloud certifications, or similar strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the technical authority for Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced engagements, providing architecture and design leadership across complex enterprise implementations.
  • Leading end-to-end Quote-to-Cash architecture spanning product catalog, pricing, quoting, contracts, orders, billing, and revenue operations processes.
  • Translating complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while balancing configuration, customization, integration, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Establishing architecture standards, technical governance models, design review processes, and development best practices.
  • Providing leadership during complex integrations, deployments, production support scenarios, and technical escalations.
  • Developing reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, accelerators, estimation models, delivery methodologies, and implementation standards.
  • Building and maintaining executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects, and business leaders.
  • Leading technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, solution development, estimation activities, and proposal creation.
  • Successfully identifying, shaping, and closing new client opportunities through business development and consulting excellence.
  • Mentoring and leading teams, including project oversight, coaching, career development, resource planning, and talent cultivation.
  • Communicating complex technical concepts to audiences ranging from technical teams to executive leadership.
  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
  • Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.
  • Developing technical teams and mentoring Salesforce architects, developers, and consultants.
  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
