About The Position
We are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to manage and orchestrate Agile scrum teams delivering Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud applications. This role requires expertise in managing product releases, sprints, and development cycles using various program and project management tools. The position is based in Arlington, VA, and requires U.S. Citizenship with Public Trust Eligibility.
Requirements
- Experience with Copado, JIRA, Salesforce, Microsoft Project
- Minimum of three (3) years of direct experience with Salesforce products and platform.
- Expertise managing and orchestrating Agile scrum teams delivering Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud applications.
- Proficient in the use of tools and methods to efficiently manage product releases, sprints, and development cycles.
- Experience utilizing program and project management tools, such as Copado, JIRA, Salesforce or Microsoft Project to plan, execute, and measure projects.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing Salesforce development and/or Salesforce O&M Agile scrum Teams.
- Certification in Agile methods.
- Certification - Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
- U.S. Citizenship
- Public Trust Eligible
