OneSpan is looking for a Salesforce Platform Summer Intern to join our Business Systems / RevOps team. In this role, you’ll take on a hands-on, high-impact project: moving user permissions out of legacy Profiles and into modern Permission Sets and Permission Set Groups—improving least-privilege access, simplifying onboarding, and strengthening audit readiness. This is a labor-intensive effort with meaningful ownership and clear deliverables.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, structured work.
• Interest in identity and access management concepts (least privilege, role-based access).
• Ability to clearly document work and communicate changes.
• Comfort collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in a language other than French is required, as you will be working in partnership with internal and/or external customers outside Québec.

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce familiarity is an asset (Trailhead, coursework, or prior experience).

Responsibilities

• Inventory existing access configurations (Profiles, Permission Sets, roles, and groups) and document the current state.
• Translate role-based access needs into clean, maintainable Permission Sets.
• Design and build Permission Set Groups aligned to job roles and applications.
• Execute the permission migration using sandbox-first validation.
• Test and validate access outcomes and document results for audit readiness.
• Produce internal documentation and administrator handoff guides.
