About The Position

Enterprise Architects go beyond designing IT systems to deliver business change, which may also be supported and enabled by IT. They define services from a business perspective, both with and without automation. They make an initial grouping of services in components, using principles based on business objectives and constraints. They have deep business and industry expertise, are familiar with industry standards and can work at the boardroom and senior management level. Enterprise Architects define and ensure a comprehensive and coherent view across Business, Information, Systems and Technology. They go beyond designing IT systems to deliver business change, which may also be supported and enabled by IT.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of Salesforce experience
• Strong Salesforce Order Management expertise
• Architectural and integration skills
• Excellent communication abilities

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce architect certifications
• Commerce Cloud experience
• Background in high‑volume retail or consumer operations

Responsibilities

• Creating end‑to‑end order lifecycle architectures
• Designing event‑driven and API‑based integrations
• Enabling post‑order customer experiences like shipment updates and RMAs
• Providing technical leadership across Apex, Flows, Platform Events, and CI/CD
• Guiding cross‑functional teams
• Running workshops
• Translating technical concepts for business stakeholders
