About The Position

The Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) is seeking a Salesforce Operations Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance its CRM and ERP enterprise systems. This role requires expertise in both Salesforce administration and ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring seamless production support across customer relationship management, finance, operations, and other core functions. BPC is a unique organization working across the full political spectrum on domestic issues, bringing together diverse perspectives to craft solutions that lower the everyday cost of living for families, expand opportunities, and strengthen the American economy. BPC Action works directly with legislators and other policymakers to turn those solutions into impactful results. BPC recruits respected policy experts, former Hill and Administration staff, and private sector leaders to drive its core programs. Its advocacy affiliate, BPC Action, advances legislation by providing political and technical assistance, identifying and supporting legislative champions, and leveraging key relationships to support members of Congress working together to enact solutions and produce results for Americans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2-4 years of experience administering Salesforce, with ERP platform experience desired
  • Experience working with Salesforce Nonprofit/Service/Experience/Marketing clouds with an understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the platform
  • Understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
  • 2-4 years of experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong understanding of data flows between CRM and ERP systems preferred
  • Ability to quickly master new technology
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet business objectives and team needs
  • Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Background in data architecture and business processes is a plus
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. BPC does not sponsor employment visas.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end user support to include system configuration, report and dashboard creation, maintenance of user roles and profiles, security/access settings to include sharing rules, license management, data management/integrity, and release management
  • Work collaboratively with program teams to manage/prioritize requests and support backlogs Specifically, the Development/Events/Communications teams
  • Assist with the creation of documentation of processes, policies, application configurations, and continual modifications and related materials
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, demo changes, and answer questions about the system and improvements
  • Assist with training of new users and growth of platform skill sets across the company
  • Keep up to date with platform releases, features, and best practices. Make recommendations to management regarding implementation as appropriate
