We are looking for a highly capable Salesforce Administrator & Sales Operations Analyst to join WeldFit’s Commercial team in a hybrid role that combines CRM platform administration with sales analytics and reporting. This position is split approximately 50/50 between managing and improving the Salesforce platform and delivering the data, dashboards, and operational insight that drive sales performance. On the administration side, responsibilities include user and security management, system configuration and automation, data integrity, training, and ongoing platform enhancement. On the analytics side, responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, supporting forecast and pipeline analysis, tracking sales performance against targets, and providing the leadership team with the data needed to drive informed decisions. To ensure success, the candidate must combine working knowledge of Salesforce system administration with strong analytical and reporting skills. The candidate should be comfortable liaising with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and IT, enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical and reporting solutions, and be proficient in tools such as Excel and Power BI in addition to Salesforce.
