About The Position

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer codes, configures, tests, and debugs new campaigns, including data configuration, email distributions, audience creation, and utilization of capabilities in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform. They are responsible for implementing personalized and dynamic messages and landing pages, as well as being fluent in Marketing Cloud scripting languages. Proficient in Marketing cloud connector, data extensions, integration with external systems (API), and knowledge of DMP and data integration is key. Prior experience implementing full-cycle projects in SF Marketing Cloud. Experience with responsive website design and various forms of online marketing, including mobile, social, content, email, etc. Basic Salesforce administrative functions, including process builder, triggers, and workflow knowledge, are desirable.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Administration: Administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and implement automation (flows, validation rules) and data model enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for business and data insights.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across the platform.
  • Collaborate with Business and Data teams for integrations, migrations, and process improvements.
  • Manage users, roles, profiles, and security access.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training.
  • Basic hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficient in Marketing cloud connector, data extensions, integration with external systems (API), and knowledge of DMP and data integration is key.
  • Prior experience implementing full-cycle projects in SF Marketing Cloud.

  • Gathers and translates business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Designs and implements automation (flows, validation rules) and data model enhancements.
  • Develops and maintains reports and dashboards for business and data insights.
  • Ensures data quality, integrity, and governance across the platform.
