About The Position

Megatel Homes is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist with deep experience in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive targeted, data-driven marketing initiatives. This role is essential in helping the company reach and nurture potential homebuyers through personalized, automated customer journeys and drip campaigns. The specialist will work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to build scalable marketing programs that increase engagement, generate qualified leads, and support the home-buying lifecycle. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, lead management, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven experience creating drip campaigns, automated journeys, and segmentation strategies.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in real estate, homebuilding, or a similar high-consideration consumer industry is a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, etc.) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing.
  • Experience with SMS marketing platforms within Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with homebuyer behavior, sales cycles, or real estate marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journeys, including automated drip campaigns tailored to prospective homebuyers.
  • Develop and execute email, SMS, and multi-channel marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud tools (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, etc.).
  • Segment audiences based on buyer behavior, demographics, and sales funnel stage to deliver personalized messaging.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing automation aligns with lead management workflows in Salesforce CRM.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Maintain data hygiene and ensure accurate syncing between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
  • Create A/B tests, optimize messaging, and refine customer journeys based on performance metrics.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies that attract and nurture potential homebuyers across digital channels.
  • Ensure compliance with email regulations and internal data-privacy standards.
