This role serves as the primary day‑to‑day administrator and executor for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, supporting the configuration, execution, and ongoing operation of marketing and customer communications initiatives. Working as part of a cross‑functional team, the role partners closely with Marketing, Communications, Compliance, IT, and Salesforce platform stakeholders to deliver compliant, data‑driven campaigns and journeys within a regulated financial services environment. In addition to Marketing Cloud responsibilities, the role provides supporting Salesforce CRM administration to ensure data models, integrations, permissions, reporting, and automation effectively enable marketing execution and long-term platform sustainability. This is a hands‑on role requiring regular platform configuration, execution, and operational support across both Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
