About The Position

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead that has experience on Goverment Cloud to join our DCX Team. Your Role: Collaborates with architects and business teams to convert solution designs into scalable, maintainable, and compliant Salesforce implementations.

Requirements

• Salesforce Technical Lead with 8-12 years of IT experience and 6-8 years of Salesforce implementation experience delivering secure, enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, Flows, security model implementation, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience delivering solutions within Government Cloud or other compliance-driven environments while adhering to architectural, security, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with architects and business teams to convert solution designs into scalable, maintainable, and compliant Salesforce implementations.
• Leads the technical delivery team across configuration, customization, integrations, data migration, DevOps, deployment, and environment management activities.
