About The Position

Capgemini is seeking a Salesforce Gov Cloud Project Manager with 12-15 years of experience leading large-scale CRM and digital transformation programs within highly regulated environments, including government, aerospace, defense, or FedRAMP-compliant implementations. The ideal candidate should be based in either Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, or Atlanta, GA, though candidates from other locations will also be considered.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience leading large-scale CRM and digital transformation programs within highly regulated environments, including government, aerospace, defense, or FedRAMP-compliant implementations.
• Salesforce Government Cloud
• Government Cloud Plus
• Security-controlled environments involving CUI, ITAR, and other regulated data.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary client-facing leader responsible for governance, executive stakeholder management, scope, financial oversight, risk mitigation, and successful program delivery.
• Proven experience managing hybrid delivery models with onshore and offshore teams while ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and data governance requirements.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Government Cloud, Government Cloud Plus, and security-controlled environments involving CUI, ITAR, and other regulated data.
• Partners with client leadership, Salesforce, and delivery teams to align implementation strategy, roadmap, staffing, and business outcomes while ensuring quality and value realization.
