About The Position

Capgemini is seeking a Salesforce Gov Cloud Project Manager with 12-15 years of experience leading large-scale CRM and digital transformation programs within highly regulated environments, including government, aerospace, defense, or FedRAMP-compliant implementations. The ideal candidate should be based in either Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, or Atlanta, GA, though candidates from other locations will also be considered. The role involves acting as the primary client-facing leader responsible for governance, executive stakeholder management, scope, financial oversight, risk mitigation, and successful program delivery. The candidate will manage hybrid delivery models with onshore and offshore teams, ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and data governance requirements. Familiarity with Salesforce Government Cloud, Government Cloud Plus, and security-controlled environments involving CUI, ITAR, and other regulated data is essential. The Project Manager will partner with client leadership, Salesforce, and delivery teams to align implementation strategy, roadmap, staffing, and business outcomes, ensuring quality and value realization.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary client-facing leader responsible for governance, executive stakeholder management, scope, financial oversight, risk mitigation, and successful program delivery.
