About The Position
CTG is seeking to fill a Salesforce Functional Business Analyst position for our client. Join a dynamic team as a Salesforce Functional Business Analyst supporting enterprise Salesforce initiatives with a primary focus on Sales Cloud. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, lead functional design efforts, configure the Salesforce platform, and support successful project delivery through testing and production deployment. Requirements
- Strong functional expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience

- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) leadership
- Salesforce release management and impact analysis
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps methodologies and deployment tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations and enhancements.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to improve business processes through Salesforce.
- Experience supporting Salesforce platform operations, upgrades, and production releases.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions that maximize Sales Cloud capabilities.
- Lead solution design workshops and document functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with business leaders and process experts to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration using declarative platform features.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, issue resolution, and production readiness activities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on Salesforce functionality, platform capabilities, and best practices.
- Support Salesforce platform operations by troubleshooting issues and coordinating with Salesforce and third-party vendors.
- Evaluate Salesforce releases, upgrades, and patches, performing impact assessments and recommending enhancements.
- Promote DevOps best practices by improving deployment processes, release management, and Salesforce testing strategies.
- Drive continuous improvements in quality assurance, test automation, and Salesforce platform governance.
