In this role as a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to analyze, design, and deliver impactful solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Salesforce Certifications demonstrating strong expertise in Salesforce clouds, specifically Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Practical expertise in Salesforce functionalities, including permissions, security, and sharing architecture.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, TestRail, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively within multi-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with a strong capacity to multitask, manage tight deadlines, build relationships, and navigate change and ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated accuracy, rigor, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required, as this role involves regular interaction with partners and stakeholders in both languages.

  • Hands-on experience or exposure working with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
