About The Position

Booz Allen is expanding its Salesforce business across the warfighter mission space and is seeking a proven federal growth leader. This role involves identifying customer problems that align with Salesforce capabilities, creating funded opportunities, and converting Salesforce platform demand into Booz Allen's implementation, integration, and adoption revenue. The individual will collaborate with Department of War customers, Booz Allen account and delivery leaders, and Salesforce federal sales teams to move opportunities from customer discovery to funded engagements. The role combines Booz Allen’s customer access, cleared delivery workforce, mission expertise, and Salesforce engineering capabilities to build a differentiated federal Salesforce business. This position offers the chance to shape Booz Allen’s Salesforce growth strategy, establish repeatable sales plays, and develop a portfolio of mission-oriented Salesforce services across a defined set of accounts. The role will involve working with internal Salesforce pre-sales engineers and market leaders to orchestrate customer engagement, demonstrations, and sales activities.
