About The Position

We are seeking a Salesforce Enterprise Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds, ensuring they meet business objectives and technical standards. This role involves establishing and enforcing development best practices, coding standards, and governance models, while guiding technical teams through complex architectural decisions. The architect will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs, and architect secure, scalable integrations with external platforms. Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing system performance, enforcing security and compliance protocols, and ensuring all Salesforce implementations are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture. The role also involves mentoring developers, architects, and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and innovation across the Salesforce team.

Requirements

10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 4 years in an architect role.
Proven track record of leading enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
Experience with CI/CD tools, data migration, and integration tools.
Strong understanding of security architecture and identity management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer.
