The Role This role offers the opportunity to join a SaaS/cloud-first, innovative, and fast-paced technology team within Fidelity Institutional Technology, supporting the Institutional Client Group (ICG). The team is responsible for the discovery, analysis, and delivery of client experience and servicing applications for institutional customers. In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of client servicing capabilities within the Salesforce CRM platform, helping improve the servicing model and elevate the overall client experience. As a Software Engineer, you will work closely with experienced developers and business partners to design, build, and support scalable Salesforce solutions that enable both new and existing FAMS technology products. You will help translate business requirements into technical solutions while growing your expertise in Salesforce and enterprise application development.
