About The Position

Trissential is partnering with a client seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support critical business initiatives through modern Salesforce architecture, development, and integration. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions that streamline operations and improve customer and stakeholder experiences. The developer will collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Project Managers, Quality Assurance teams, and other stakeholders, using Agile methodologies and Salesforce technologies across multiple cloud products. The position is hybrid in St. Paul, Minnesota, with up to three days per week onsite. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of Salesforce design and development experience delivering enterprise-level solutions.
• Strong expertise with Apex, Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, and integrations.
• Experience developing and supporting solutions within Sales Cloud environments.
• Experience developing and supporting solutions within Service Cloud environments.
• Experience developing and supporting solutions within Experience Cloud environments.
• Experience working within Government Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security models, sharing rules, automation tools, and platform best practices.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Ability to gather requirements, create technical designs, and develop scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Active Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification.
• Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification.
• Active Salesforce Certified Platform Agentforce Specialist certification.
• Active Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II certification.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

• 5 or more years of Salesforce Administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Salesforce design and development resource using Agile software development methodologies.
• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain scalable applications using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems to support enterprise business processes.
• Create and maintain automated workflows, process automation, and platform enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and implementation plans.
• Work with Enterprise Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to develop testing strategies, test cases, and user acceptance testing plans.
• Support change management by documenting, evaluating, and implementing approved change requests.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, solution designs, and knowledge repositories.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge transfer to team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and security requirements.
