About The Position

This is a hybrid/local Salesforce Developer position (CPD-I,II) requiring experience with various Salesforce modules and development tools. The role involves developing and testing solutions, optimizing systems, and integrating Salesforce with external applications. The developer will utilize Agile methodologies and work with tools like Sonar, Azure DevOps, Jira, GIT, Jenkins, and ANT.

Requirements

• Experience with development and testing using salesforce or similar OOP languages (java, c#, etc.), Preferably in an enterprise-level software architecture environment.
• Experience with system optimization tools such as Sonar.
• Experience/understanding of agile process and its roles.
• Experience using large scale version control and PMO tools (DevOps, Jira, etc.).
• Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience (at least 1 or more of the following Salesforce modules): Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Communities and knowledge.
• 1+ year of API Integration experience.
• Hands on development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes etc.
• Build Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Communities or Knowledge.
• Experience building integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth and Single Sign-On.
• Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools such as GIT, Jenkins, Azure DevOps etc.
• A thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools such as ANT, Change Sets and Force.com IDE.
• Experience with ETL tools.

Nice To Haves

• Strong preference for candidates who are Salesforce.com certified in the following areas – Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Platform Developer II.
• Any development experience in UI technologies such as Bootstrap, Lightning Design System (LDS), Lightning Components Development, AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience in training/mentoring a junior developer is a plus.
• Experience/understanding of the healthcare industry is a plus.
