About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions supporting enterprise business processes. The role involves building custom applications, implementing automation, and integrating systems within a CRM environment while following best practices for performance, security, and maintainability. The position is identified as a federal contract and remote role.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must have at least a bachelor's degree.
• Must be able to pass a federal background investigation, including a financial history review.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Strong proficiency with the Salesforce Lightning Platform, including Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Experience using Visual Studio Code with Salesforce Extensions for development.
• Strong experience with Git-based version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and platform limits.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with legal case management systems such as Legal Stratus, Litify, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including applications, objects, workflows, and integrations.
• Build user interfaces using the Salesforce Lightning Platform, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and integrations with external systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Use Copado for DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, environment management, automated testing, and release deployments.
• Manage and maintain code using Git-based version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance limits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and production environments.
• Support deployment activities and maintain documentation for development processes and system architecture.
