Salesforce Developer
About The Position
The Salesforce Developer builds and enhances Salesforce.com solutions within an Agile team supporting customer service and healthcare-related products. The role involves designing scalable solutions and collaborating with architects, analysts, engineers, and business partners. The developer also contributes to technical architecture, development standards, code reviews, documentation, and release processes. The position requires hands-on experience with both declarative Salesforce development using Flows and programmatic development using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience with HIPAA compliance, protected health information (PHI), or healthcare-related applications is strongly preferred.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of development experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Strong hands-on experience building Salesforce solutions with low-code tools such as Flows and pro-code capabilities including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, technical design, and Agile collaboration skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with HIPAA compliance, protected health information (PHI), or healthcare-related applications.
