About The Position

The Salesforce Developer provides production support to users and estimates, designs, and develops enhancements. The role also leads offshore team members handling production support and enhancement implementation. The position requires Salesforce development experience across declarative tools, programmatic development, data querying, Salesforce DX, APIs, and core Salesforce platform concepts.

Requirements

• Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with declarative tools, including Flow Builder, Record-Triggered Flows, Autolaunched Flows, and Screen Flows.
• Experience with programmatic Salesforce development concepts, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and asynchronous operations such as future methods, scheduled jobs, and queueable jobs.
• Experience with SOQL and SOSL.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX (sfdx and sf v2) for metadata deployment and retrieval.
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, including the standard REST API, Bulk API, and exposing Apex classes as custom web services.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform concepts, including data modeling with standard and custom objects and fields; profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, and role hierarchy; custom permissions; custom metadata; and page layouts and record pages.
