About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. The role involves designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications and scalable solutions, configuring Salesforce components and security, and building integrations with external and enterprise systems. The developer will collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Responsibilities also include code reviews, unit testing, deployment, production support, and following Salesforce best practices in Agile environments. The position requires onsite work in Plano/Dallas, Texas.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud / Community Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and SOQL.
• Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Aura Components and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, configuration, customization, and automation.
• Experience with REST API and SOAP API integrations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, deployment, and release management.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, production support, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Plano/Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Build and maintain scalable solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs, and Flows.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and security settings.
• Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations with external applications and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and unit testing.
• Handle deployment and production support while following Salesforce best practices.
• Support Salesforce DevOps, release management, Agile methodologies, and troubleshooting complex integration issues.
