Ortho Molecular Products is seeking a CRM Developer to help drive business success by optimizing CRM system capabilities and leveraging data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. In this role you will solve business challenges, streamline processes, and enhance system functionality through innovative technical solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 to 3 years of software development experience in the related field
  • Excellent understanding of CRM technologies, integration practices and general security
  • Advanced experience using a CRM system (D365 preferred)
  • 1 to 3 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other CRM platform.
  • 1 year of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and/or .Net
  • Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops & GitHub
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills, teamwork, strong attention to detail
  • Exhibits character qualities of: Diligence, Availability, Cooperation, Flexibility, and Thoroughness

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 CRM system, including updates, enhancements, workflows and ensuring system security and reliability.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, addressing system related issues and troubleshooting errors.
  • Deliver training and documentation for users on new system features or updates.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality, integrations, and migrations between CRM, ERP, and other systems.
  • Evaluate and improve system functionality to align with business goals.
  • Monitor end-user usage of systems and perform daily administrative and user support tasks.
  • Collaborate with IT and BI departments to identify and correct issues related to CRM data.
