This role involves coordinating user and license management, configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and designing, developing, and maintaining the overall architecture of Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based applications. The position requires strong communication and analytical skills to understand system requirements, troubleshoot problems, and research new technologies. The CRM Admin Developer will also participate in productivity gain analysis, prepare system documentation, and work closely with the Quality Assurance team.
