About The Position

Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) is seeking a skilled Salesforce developer who is passionate about music, sports, and live entertainment to join their Sales Operations team. The CRM Developer will be responsible for the customization, development, and integration of MSE’s Salesforce CRM platform to support sales and revenue generation. This role involves implementing scalable Salesforce solutions using both declarative configuration and custom-coded solutions with Salesforce proprietary languages and tools such as Apex, Aura, LWC, and SOQL.

Requirements

2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Practical working knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, Javascript, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Bulk APIs, External Client Apps, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, OAuth, Named Credentials, or other middleware.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex triggers and classes, legacy Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, batch/queueable/scheduled jobs, and custom metadata.
Write secure, reusable, testable codes with appropriate test coverage, error handling, logging, and performance optimization.
Build and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs, External Client Apps, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, External Services, Named Credentials, OAuth, middleware and related integration patterns.
Monitor and resolve technical debt, performance issues, failed jobs, integration errors, security risks, deprecated features, and Salesforce release impacts.
Ensure the Salesforce organization is aligned with platform requirements, including API versions, governor limits, test coverage, release readiness, security settings, data access controls, and deployment standards.
Resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, implement lasting fixes, and document resolution patterns.
Maintain system documentation, including object models, automation inventory, integration maps, deployment runbooks, environment diagrams, and AI/code-generation standards.
