About The Position

Girikon is hiring a full-time Salesforce Developer. The role involves Salesforce customization, development, administration, and integration, including configuring Salesforce security and data structures and building functionality with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. The developer will support contract-generation and review workflows, assist with data operations, and work independently and collaboratively in an Agile environment. The position is listed as open for W2 and C2C, with Phoenix, Arizona preferred. For consultants, employment is conditional on successful completion of background and reference checks, E-Verify, and a drug test.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Bachelor’s degree with a good GPA in computer science or an equivalent field.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, web services, SOQL, AJAX, XML, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Strong understanding of SOAP and REST APIs and attribute mapping.
• Understanding of Salesforce capabilities and constraints.
• Sound knowledge of standard objects, sales processes, validations, workflows, Process Builder, reports, and dashboards.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with Agile development tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Successful completion of background and reference checks, E-Verify, and a drug test.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Knowledge of delegated administration capabilities, Communities, Partner Portal, and Sites.

Responsibilities

• Work with Salesforce setups, including permission sets, sharing models, roles, organization-wide defaults, and object relationships.
• Design, build, and maintain drag-and-drop workflows for contract generation, internal reviews, approvals, and e-signatures.
• Customize fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
• Design, configure, and develop custom code and objects.
• Use Apex and Visualforce to create new functionality and extend existing applications.
• Perform Salesforce customization, integration, and administration.
• Assist with data imports, exports, updates, and system customization.
