About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Experience Cloud to lead the architectural design and technical development of our customer-facing portals. This role requires deep expertise in Experience Cloud, LWC, Apex, and modern DevOps practices. You will be responsible for creating robust, scalable, and personalized digital experiences for our external users, integrating with various Salesforce products and external systems. The position involves hands-on development, architectural strategy, and mentorship, with significant interaction with C-suite executives.
Requirements
- 8+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem
- At least 4+ years specifically dedicated to Experience Cloud (formerly Communities)
- Deep understanding of the Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) and its impact on performance and SEO
- Expert proficiency in LWC, Apex, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS/SLDS, and HTML5
- Experience with Salesforce CLI, SFDX, and modern DevOps practices

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture of Experience Cloud sites, selecting between LWR and Aura templates based on performance and SEO needs.
- Design robust security models using External Identity, SSO, and complex sharing mechanisms (Account Relationship Data Sharing, Apex Managed Sharing).
- Define the branching strategy and CI/CD pipelines specifically for Experience Cloud metadata.
- Build modular, high-performance Lightning Web Components specifically optimized for the LWR framework.
- Implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS to deliver hyper-personalized content journeys.
- Design sophisticated workflows using Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex to handle high-volume external user transactions.
- Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to surface unified customer profiles within the community for a 360-degree experience.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud) via REST/SOAP and Named Credentials.
- Enforce strict coding standards to ensure governor limit compliance and scalability through code reviews.
- Present technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and translate business requirements into technical user stories.
