In this role, you will design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing), Field Service, and Experience Cloud (Customer Community) that power scalable revenue operations and exceptional customer experience. You will drive full-lifecycle implementations - from discovery and solution design through configuration, custom development, data migration, testing, and go-live—while partnering closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and administrators. Your work will translate complex requirements into high-quality, well-tested solutions that accelerate sales performance, improve field service efficiency, and enable intuitive customer self-service. This hybrid role is based in our Wilmington office, with a requirement to be onsite 2-3 days per week.
