About The Position

The Commercial Banking Engineering team is seeking a Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for ideation support, design, development, and implementation of software to ensure continuous improvement and evolution in the CB Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will work with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies. You will demonstrate an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities, and support one or more highly complex business processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders and multiple teams to propose and design optimistic solutions in Salesforce, develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges, and implement solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions that improve processes and productivity. You will describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications, and build Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC, leveraging the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company's programs. This includes hands-on experience with the Lightning platform including APEX coding, Aura framework, Lightning Web Components, API’s, Platform Events and Salesforce Data Model, and developing custom applications using Salesforce.com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems.

Requirements

6+ years in Salesforce configuration, customization, development, deployment using Salesforce.com
3 + years’ working knowledge of Salesforce tools to execute and manage workflow processes at various stages of the SDLC cycle (e.g. Salesforce DX).
Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
Advance certifications in Salesforce and nCino, like-nCino 101/201/301, PD1
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field is required
Relevant Salesforce accreditations (Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, Salesforce App Builder)
Financial Services Cloud certification

Nice To Haves

Experience with nCino Credit Origination (managed package for Salesforce) – 2+ years in nCino Design, configurations and customizations
Good knowledge of nCino bank operating system including but not limited to nCino objects, administration tool, and product hierarchy
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to be able to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization
Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate and work closely with external vendors
Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction
Good time management and organizational skills to effectively manage high-scale project
