  • 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Experience Builder / Community Sites built for external, non-employee users
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and supporting data connections between systems
  • Experience with Salesforce data migration, sandbox seeding, and data loading tools
  • Active Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder, and Certified Administrator
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and sectors you serve.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure Salesforce solutions — Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, and Flows — for case management and program administration features
  • Build and maintain an Experience Builder / Community Site portal that gives external, non-employee users access to their funded projects and support requests
  • Support data connections between Salesforce and other systems used by the platform
  • Support structured data intake, migration, and sandbox seeding as new programs or datasets onboard to the platform
  • Maintain source control in GitHub and build, test, and deploy through GitHub Actions pipelines running Salesforce CLI-based tooling
  • Work within an Agile delivery team — sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demos — alongside government program staff and other contractors on the platform
  • Provide technical guidance to other developers on the team, including offshore resources
