About The Position

Accenture is hiring a senior Data 360 and AI Architect for its Financial Services Salesforce Business Group. The role designs enterprise-scale solutions at the intersection of Salesforce Data 360, Agentforce, and Financial Services platforms in Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance. It owns end-to-end technical architecture spanning Data 360, identity resolution, agentic AI, and CRM integration, contributing from presales through delivery. The architect works with clients and technical teams to shape proposals, lead design sessions, review implementations, and ensure solutions can operate at scale. The role also supports architecture governance, leads solution reviews, manages technical risks across programs, and mentors architects and technical analysts. It contributes reusable architecture patterns, accelerators, and Financial Services AI use-case frameworks to the broader practice.

Requirements

At least 5 years of progressive Salesforce architecture experience across full-lifecycle implementations in consulting environments.
At least 2 years of experience with Data 360, including expertise in data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and Data 360 governance patterns.
At least 1 year of Agentforce experience, including hands-on experience architecting Agentforce solutions, AI-powered workflows, and/or Voice AI deployments.
At least 3 years of experience designing enterprise integrations across CRM, data, marketing, and external platforms, including MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, or event-driven patterns.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; alternatively, a minimum of 12 years of work experience.
For candidates with an associate’s degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or equivalent Financial Services CRM platforms and use cases.
Demonstrated ability to influence client stakeholders and build trusted client relationships.
Architecture experience with Agentforce Voice, contact center AI, or conversational AI platforms in Financial Services contexts.
Experience designing omnichannel engagement solutions combining Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and agentic content generation.
Salesforce Certified System Architect, Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, AI Associate, or Certified Application Architect certification.
Experience with headless or composable CRM architecture patterns.
Experience leading technical delivery across distributed onshore/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design of Data 360 solutions, including data models, ingestion strategy, identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, and real-time activation for Financial Services clients.
Architect agentic AI solutions for Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance, including Agentforce Voice deployments, multi-agent orchestration, and AI workflows.
Define customer 360 strategies that unify structured and unstructured data from Salesforce and third-party sources into actionable intelligence.
Design integration patterns across Data 360, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms, and provide architecture governance across workstreams.
Lead technical responses for RFPs and oral presentations, translate complex AI and data architectures into client narratives, and own architecture sections of proposals.
Conduct solution design reviews, establish architecture standards across delivery teams, and manage technical risk across programs.
Mentor architects and technical analysts and guide build quality, code reviews, and delivery standards.
Contribute reusable architecture patterns, accelerators, and Financial Services-specific AI use-case frameworks to the practice.
