About The Position

Directive Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Consultant, internally titled Account Strategist, Sales Operations. This role is responsible for executing world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations to transform clients' CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines. The consultant will act as the technical champion, taking the high-level architecture defined by the Director of RevOps and implementing it within Salesforce, ensuring data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Salesforce, a consultant mindset for problem-solving and client communication, agency DNA for thriving in a fast-paced, multi-client environment, and a precision-obsessed approach to their work.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred).
  • 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows.
  • Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred).

  • Think in ERDs.
  • Know when to use a Formula Field vs. a Flow.
  • Have experience with messy data migrations.
  • Ask 'Why?' and not just take tickets.
  • Have a 'double-check' culture.

Responsibilities

  • Execute world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations.
  • Transform clients' CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines.
  • Own the execution of Salesforce configurations based on high-level architecture.
  • Ensure data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless within Salesforce.
  • Explain technical concepts and their business value to stakeholders.
  • Manage time effectively and track time accurately in a multi-client environment.
  • Test configurations in a Sandbox environment before pushing to production.
