This role involves providing day-to-day support for a multi-org Salesforce environment across four divisions. The consultant will have daily interactions with Sales and Service Enablement teams to resolve break/fix issues, perform proactive monitoring for administrative errors on the platform, and manage offshore developers for break/fix development. The position also requires daily interaction with the Director of CRM & Enterprise Solutions, the DevOps Support team, and Solution Analysts.
