You are a Salesforce Consultant with hands-on experience delivering scalable CRM solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency. You take ownership of implementations, configurations, and optimizations, ensuring solutions are aligned with both technical and business needs. You bring a consultative mindset, with the ability to understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. You are comfortable working directly with clients, providing guidance, and building strong relationships while delivering high-quality results. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance Salesforce functionalities. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement and professional growth. You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant. 4+ years of experience in technical implementations. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Field Service (Field Service Lightning). Experience in CRM process design and implementations. Ability to communicate with clients and provide consultative Salesforce solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver optimal solutions. Strong communication skills in English (written and conversational). Excellent client relationship management skills. Sales Cloud Consultant Certification. (Nice to have).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, improve, and implement CRM processes.
  • Proactively recommend new features and enhancements to optimize platform usage.
  • Support the continuous improvement and evolution of the Salesforce platform.
  • Perform day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Salesforce environments.
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system reliability.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data structures to support business insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of solutions.
