Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Field Service (Field Service Lightning). Experience in CRM process design and implementations. Ability to communicate with clients and provide consultative Salesforce solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver optimal solutions. Strong communication skills in English (written and conversational). Excellent client relationship management skills. Sales Cloud Consultant Certification. (Nice to have).
