The Salesforce Technical Consultant will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions to support complex service delivery and operational workflows. This role works closely with business analysts and client stakeholders to translate requirements into high‑quality technical solutions that are secure, maintainable, and aligned to enterprise standards.

Requirements

2+ years of experience with software development
1+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, or Administrator
Strong experience with: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce
Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing
Salesforce environments and SDLC best practices
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and diverse delivery teams
Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in healthcare, public sector, or regulated environments
A Security Clearance is mandatory for all staff who’ll be engaged on these assignments.

Nice To Haves

Additional Salesforce certifications are a bonus
Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud / Home Health, Service Cloud, or industry clouds
Experience with mobile workforce implementations (Salesforce Field Service or similar)
Familiarity with integration patterns and external systems common in enterprise environments
Curiosity and proactiveness in using AI tools while applying human review and adhering to responsible-use guardrails

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality solutions using a configuration-first approach, making sound calls on when to configure vs. customize to keep the platform scalable and maintainable
Design and develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools
Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and working solutions
Build integrations, automation, and data models to support end-to-end service workflows
Contribute to solution architecture discussions, technical estimates, delivery planning and release readiness
Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization activities
Collaborate within cross-functional delivery teams in an agile consulting environment
