Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect

Crowe Advisory LLC•Dallas, TX
•$103,200 - $210,900•Hybrid

About The Position

As a Salesforce Consultant and Solutions Architect at Crowe, you will be a hands-on builder and client-facing consultant who bridges business needs and practical technical solutions. You will work directly with customers to understand requirements, design and configure Salesforce solutions, and support successful implementation using platform capabilities and industry best practices. The work includes solution building, testing, documentation, and delivery, with a focus on direct project delivery and leadership rather than portfolio leadership or primary people-management responsibilities. You will contribute across the implementation lifecycle, from pre-sales discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. You will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, own assigned implementation workstreams, and may facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, kickoffs, demonstrations, and status discussions. The position requires at least 20% travel. Candidates throughout the United States may be considered, including those not located near a Crowe office; the posting is tagged hybrid.
