About The Position

Studio Science is hiring a Salesforce B2C Commerce Technical Architect to lead commerce projects from solution design through launch. The architect serves as the technical authority on client engagements, guiding technical decisions and working directly with clients to deliver successful outcomes. The role combines deep Salesforce B2C Commerce expertise, technical leadership, consulting and client-facing skills, sound problem-solving, adaptability, an interest in design, and openness to modern AI-assisted ways of working. The position leads technical strategy, architecture, and hands-on implementation for B2C Commerce projects, including headless storefronts on Storefront Next. It shapes end-to-end solutions around client and end-user needs, explains technical options and tradeoffs to business stakeholders, and owns engagement quality and delivery momentum. The architect also supports pre-sales scoping and estimates, mentors the Commerce team, and designs the development operations process for each engagement. The role is remote for a professional working from a United States-based location. It requires flexibility to work with global clients across time zones and occasional travel to client sites and Studio Science headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
