About The Position

The Salesforce Business Analyst serves as a subject matter expert and connects business stakeholders with the project’s development team. The role is responsible for documenting requirements and processes, coordinating requirements acceptance with the Product Owner, maintaining user and product documentation, and leading user acceptance activities with business owners.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Salesforce experience and experience in the role.
• U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Write user stories using Jira.
• Facilitate Product Owner reviews of requirements and user stories to confirm their accuracy and obtain acceptance.
• Create and maintain user and product documentation.
• Map business processes.
• Act as the connection between the business and development sides of the project.
• Plan, lead, and execute User Acceptance Training (UAT) with business owners.
