Salesforce Business Analyst
About The Position
The Salesforce Business Analyst will collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce. This role involves translating business needs into functional specifications, working with developers on scalable solutions, and serving as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders. The analyst will perform gap analysis, identify process improvements, and support the configuration and testing of Salesforce features. Additionally, the role includes managing Salesforce projects, developing documentation, conducting user training, and staying current with Salesforce best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst, with at least 2 years working with Salesforce.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- Working experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM / SAFe) and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Nice To Haves
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Business Analyst certification.
- Experience with data migration, integration tools, or Salesforce APIs.
- Knowledge of reporting and dashboard tools within Salesforce.
Responsibilities

- Conduct user training sessions and support change management efforts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and recommend best practices.
