About The Position
This is a 1-year contract position for a Salesforce Business Analyst with an Arizona state agency's technology division. The role is hybrid and located in Phoenix, Arizona. The agency is seeking candidates who currently reside in the Phoenix metro area and are authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This is a W2 position only, no C2C.
Requirements
- Currently living in the Phoenix metro area (resume must show current city)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst / IT Analyst
- At least 2 years hands-on Salesforce experience
- Working knowledge of Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
- Working knowledge of Jira or Azure DevOps
Nice To Haves
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or BA certification
- Data migration/integration/API experience
- Salesforce reporting and dashboards
Responsibilities
- Gathering and documenting business requirements for Salesforce solutions
- Translating business needs into functional specifications with developers
- Gap analysis and process improvement using Salesforce capabilities
- Supporting configuration and testing (objects, workflows, validation rules, reports)
- Maintaining process flows, data maps, and documentation
- User training and change management
- Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe)
