ICF’s IT Modernization division is a fast-growing, dynamic technology organization seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead requirements definition, facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive process improvements, and guide cross-functional teams through the delivery lifecycle. This role requires strong analytical capability, advanced communication skills, and the ability to challenge assumptions to ensure clarity and accuracy in requirements. This role supports the United States Treasury Common Services Center – Technology Services.
