As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years with a preference for at least 1 year of Salesforce.com experience

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce technology-enabled solutions
  • Experience with CRM technologies and Social & Mobile Enterprise platforms
  • Ability to design and develop platform-based applications
  • Experience with software configurations and coding in Salesforce.com
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Ability to produce deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Building relationships with team members
  • Providing guidance and feedback to less-experienced staff
  • Salesforce.com Administrator, and/or Salesforce.com Developer, Salesforce.com Sales/Service Consultant
