Requirements
- Salesforce AI
- Application Integration Architecture
- 15 years + & Above experience
- Custom integration experience and not using integrators like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or anything else.
Responsibilities
- Salesforce Architect focused on AI-driven innovation within the EDGE Lead Management Platform
- Leading the design and PoCs for intelligent features such as AI-assisted SMS and Omni-Channel engagement
- Advanced telephony enhancements and automated inbound and outbound customer interaction solutions
- Custom integration experience
