About The Position

NationMind LLC is seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect for a 6+ month contract role in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is focused on AI-driven innovation within the EDGE Lead Management Platform. The architect will lead the design and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for intelligent features, including AI-assisted SMS and Omni-Channel engagement, as well as advanced telephony enhancements and automated inbound and outbound customer interaction solutions. The role requires custom integration experience, specifically excluding the use of integrators like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi. Requirements

• 15 years or more of experience.
• Salesforce AI expertise.
• Application Integration Architecture experience.
• Custom integration experience (not using integrators like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and PoCs for intelligent features within the EDGE Lead Management Platform.
