We are currently hiring skilled professionals for Java Technical Lead to join our growing team.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, and enterprise frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, or JPA.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with event streaming (Kafka), build tools (Maven, Gradle), and version control (Git).
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and project management capabilities.
• Java API Management & Microservices
• Java Continuous Integration and Deployment

Responsibilities

• Design system architecture and write technical specifications for enterprise products.
• Manage and mentor a team of Java developers, conduct code reviews, and oversee sprint deliverables.
• Participate in complex programming, refactoring, and developing Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and TDD (Test-Driven Development) practices are utilized.
• Align technical solutions with business requirements and communicate progress to stakeholders.
