About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Application Engineer to design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platforms. The role is responsible for delivering custom business logic, integrations, user interfaces, and automation that address complex enterprise requirements while respecting Salesforce platform limits and supporting long-term maintainability. The position is full-time, direct W-2, and 100% remote within the United States. The salary range is $100,000–$150,000 annually. Candidates eligible to apply include U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates; the company cannot sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience; the posting also lists 6+ years of experience required.
• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce platform limits.
• Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and sharing.
• Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with Industry Clouds, such as Financial Services, Health, or Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
• Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce development.
• Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities) development.
