About The Position
The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho. Our mission: We unite for Idaho’s youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience. The Salesforce Analyst ensures the accuracy, usability, and data integrity of the Idaho Youth Ranch Salesforce database. In this role, you will provide support to the organization through the customization and configuration of the Salesforce platform, testing new functionality, listening to user feedback, troubleshooting bugs and offering solutions. You can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by serving as the primary system administrator of our Salesforce database.
Requirements
- Strong ability to communicate to business leaders and collaborate on their technology opportunities
- 3+ years in Salesforce.com administration
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Ability to handle urgent requests and system emergencies
- A service-oriented, can-do attitude, team-player!
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of our Salesforce.com deployment (user configurations, profiles, role hierarchy, groups, data storage, sharing, security controls, etc.)
- Coordinate the assessment, scoping and fulfillment of new development requests
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute and manage real-time and batched 3rd party system integrations
- Provide guidance and mentoring to users and other business ops team members regarding all things Salesforce
